Technological bricks: key components for optimal performance

Our retrofit systems incorporate innovative components designed to meet the highest performance and durability requirements.

  • Electric Motors: Designed to offer performance equivalent to combustion engines, our electric motors provide a smooth and powerful ride while drastically reducing maintenance requirements. These motors reduce maintenance costs while extending vehicle lifespans.
  • LFP (Lithium Iron Phosphate) Batteries: We use high-quality LFP batteries, known for their reliability and durability. With a capacity of 192 kWh, our batteries guarantee sufficient range for daily urban and interurban journeys, while benefiting from a long service life and low environmental impact. These batteries are 95% recyclable, supporting an environmentally friendly approach to electric mobility.
  • Electronic Management Systems: Our vehicles are equipped with advanced electronic management systems, incorporating telemetry for real-time monitoring. With these systems, we continuously track and optimize vehicle performance, monitoring key elements such as energy consumption, battery status, and auxiliary functions.

Approval Process: 4 Steps to Compliance and Safety

Compliance and safety are essential for every vehicle we convert. We have implemented a four-step certification process, adhering to strict standards similar to those of a new vehicle manufacturer:

  1. Assessment and Design: We analyze the vehicle's base model and identify the necessary adaptations for electrification. Each component is designed to integrate seamlessly into the vehicle's existing structure.
  2. Performance Testing: Vehicles undergo intensive testing to assess the performance of electric motors, batteries, and management systems. These tests include wear simulations, safety checks, and on-road reliability assessments.
  3. Safety Validation: We verify that all electrical and mechanical components meet the highest safety standards. This includes thermal resilience, shock safety, and power management testing.
  4. Final Certification: Once testing is complete, vehicles receive type approval. This certification ensures their compliance with current regulations, validating their safety and performance for everyday use.

Through this rigorous approval process, we ensure a safe, reliable and ready-to-use conversion for professional fleets.

Examples of approved vehicles: A certified and reliable range

Several vehicle models have already been approved and are in circulation, offering performance recognized by our customers:

  • IVECO Crossway This model has been approved since 2023, and several dozen converted vehicles are in circulation within urban and interurban fleets. Feedback demonstrates high reliability and significant operating savings.
  • Mercedes Intouro : This model is currently undergoing approval, with certification expected in the first quarter of 2025. Designed for intercity travel, it benefits from technological advances in RETROFLEET, particularly in terms of autonomy and energy management
