The purpose of these "general conditions of use" is to provide a legal framework for the terms and conditions of provision of the website's services and their use by the "User". The general conditions of use must be accepted by any User wishing to access the site. They constitute the contract between the site and the User. Access to the site by the User signifies acceptance of these general conditions of use. We reserve the right to unilaterally modify the content of these T&Cs at any time.

Use of the contents for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited. Any content posted online by the User is his/her sole responsibility. The User agrees not to post content that could harm the interests of third parties. Any legal action brought by an injured third party against the site will be taken care of by the User. The User's content may be deleted or modified by the site at any time and for any reason. The User does not receive any justification or notification prior to the deletion or modification of User content.
The sources of information disseminated on the website are deemed reliable. However, the site reserves the right to not guarantee the reliability of the sources. The information given on the site is for purely informative purposes. Thus, the User alone assumes full responsibility for the use of the information and content of this site. The User ensures that his password is kept secret. Any disclosure of the password, whatever its form, is prohibited. The User assumes the risks associated with the use of his email address and password. The site declines all responsibility. Any use of the service by the User directly or indirectly resulting in damage must be subject to compensation for the benefit of the site. An optimal guarantee of the security and confidentiality of the data transmitted is not provided by the site. Many outgoing hyperlinks are present on the site, however the web pages where these links lead do not engage the responsibility of the owner of the website who does not have control over these links. The User therefore refrains from engaging the responsibility of the site concerning the content and resources relating to these outgoing hyperlinks.
We reserve the right to modify the clauses stipulated in this contract at any time. The duration of this contract is indefinite. The contract takes effect with respect to the User from the use of the service.
French law applies to this contract. In the event of failure to resolve a dispute between the parties amicably, the courts shall have sole jurisdiction to hear the dispute.
